We are looking for an experienced Business Project Manager to join our PMO to lead a range of operational focused projects working in partnership with most business units in APT Travel Group.  The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that all allocated projects deliver a business oriented solution whilst ensuring they meet our time, budget and quality specifications.  As part of a small, close knit team we are looking for a good “all-rounder” who is comfortable with all aspects of the project management lifecycle and eager to build strong relationships with our internal customers.

The Digital Administrator plays a key support role to the Web Operations Manager, ensuring all digital content is up to date, relevant and correct across all APT Travel Group brands and in all regions.


If you have a natural flair for written communication and a passion for travel this could be the role for you!

In this role, you would be required to manage the brochure production process, and effectively research and write (and/or edit) detailed itinerary and marketing pages, in line with brand direction and style requirements. You would also be expected to work on DM pieces, eDMs, website content and editorial, among other pieces of product and marketing-related collateral.

As the Retail Communications Coordinator you will develop strong relationships with retail travel partners and the Australian and New Zealand Retail Travel Industry and contribute to clear communication within the ATG National Sales Team to assist in the achievement and maximisation of sales targets.
The Inside Sales Manager role will provide clear communication within the national sales team and other relevant departments of the APT Travel Group, contributing to achieve sales targets and maximise sales growth on all products, improving market share, and developing strategic relationships with retail trade partners.

All of our Lodge chefs work a 21 days on/7 days off roster, the relief chef is responsible for covering the lodge chefs week off at two of our wilderness lodges on the Gibb River Road.
