Be met upon arrival and transferred to the Hilton Darwin. This evening enjoy delicious Welcome Dinner with fellow travellers.

Today, set off for Litchfield National Park. Pause at Batchelor en route before arriving at the Magnetic and Cathedral termite mounds. Marvel at the mounds, up to two metres in height, and learn about how their unique structures help to keep the termites cool. The national park also has many cascading waterfalls for you to see. Return to Darwin for a tour and dinner.

Today you depart Darwin and head for Kakadu National Park. The day is spent in the Ubirr region, one of Kakadu’s oldest Indigenous occupation sites that is now open to the public. After admiring the rock art and surrounds, continue to your hotel located ideally within Kakadu National Park.

Stay: Two Nights, Kakadu, Gagudju Lodge Cooinda

Buffalo and crocodiles bask in the shallows of Kakadu National Park’s waterways, and a Yellow Water Cruise reveals them among an array of native birds. Afterwards, explore the Waradjan Aboriginal Cultural Centre. This afternoon you’ll continue to Nourlangie Rock, and explore Nanguluwur.

This morning, board an included flight to Mt Borradaile in the naturally stunning and remote region of Arnhem Land. Upon arrival, you’ll have a chance to explore the sacred Indigenous grounds at the Mt Borradaile escarpment.
