These once-in-a-lifetime moments allow you to experience an unforgettable world of exclusive moments, incredible cultures and charming surprises

Depart early from Broome today and visit the fascinating Boab Prison Tree. Believed to be more than 1,500 years old and measuring an incredible 14 metres in diameter, this tree was once used by early police patrols as a standing point for prisoners as they were walked to Derby. Continue your journey along the Gibb River Road, a remote 660-kilometre outback highway stretching between Broome and Kununurra. The ‘Gibb’ traverses the wild heart of the Kimberley, passing spectacular savannah landscapes. Continue on to Windjana Gorge, where sheer cliffs tower above glistening white sands. Admire the ancient marine fossils embedded in the gorge walls and scour the banks for freshwater crocodiles. Turn off to explore Tunnel Creek, a 750-metre-long natural tunnel carved through the Napier Range. With torch in hand, wade through the cool waters that fill the tunnel and emerge on the other side to the sight of a tranquil and stunning oasis.

The park is home to the famed black and orange beehive striped domes, ascending to 578 metres above sea level. Standing over a grass-covered plain, steep cliffs form the western face. Created by the constant erosion of river movements over a staggering 20 million years, the range has both geological and Indigenous cultural significance. It is an imposing sight and one that you are sure to remember forever. Set out on a captivating hike to Echidna Chasm, a spectacular natural cleft in the rock. Join a hike along a Livistona palm-fringed trail to see the spectacular natural wonder of Mini Palms. Walk along the rocky, dry creek beds for an unforgettable view into a subterranean oasis where hundreds of ancient palm species are surrounded by towering cliffs.

After a day’s exploration of the Bungle Bungle Range, enjoy drinks as the sun sets over its striking beehive domes.

Walk along Piccaninny Creek, a winding gorge within the Bungle Bungle domes. Marvel at the majestic beehive domes as your guide brings the natural history of the range to life. Your next stop is the natural amphitheatre of Cathedral Gorge, a spacious cavern where the acoustics are astounding. This evening, enjoy drinks as the sun sets over the striking Bungle Bungle massif.

Rise early this morning for an optional sunrise helicopter flight over the Bungle Bungle massif (own expense). Afterwards, travel along the Great Northern Highway to the historic gold mining town of Halls Creek. See the massive exposed quartz seam known as China Wall.
