Meet APT Tour Director – Sue Gibbons
Sue tells us why she can't wait to get back out there into our great big 'backyard' – Australia.
Based in Sydney, Tour Director Sue Gibbons has worked with APT for nearly 20 years. It's hard to imagine there's much of Australia she hasn't explored. Sue tells us why she loves taking guests through our own incredible 'backyard'!
Sue loves the diversity of the destinations she gets to share with guests right here in Australia. East to west, landscapes span everything from tropical Queensland to Tasmania's rugged shores, and the Red Centre to the turquoise sweep of endless Kimberley Coast. These destinations set the scene for holidays, adventures or family time that we look forward to each year.
For Sue there’s nothing quite like, “seeing guests experience something they have always wanted to experience like snorkelling on the reef or the sunrise at Uluru. Then there’s the incredible spectacle of flying over Lake Eyre in flood or the unique experience of landing a small plane on an isolated coastline in the Kimberley,” she says.
