APT's Kimberley Wilderness Adventures Inducted into Ecotourism Australia Hall of Fame

APT’s Kimberley Wilderness Adventures, part of The APT Travel Group, has been inducted into the Ecotourism Australia Hall of Fame, recognising 20 consecutive years of Advanced Ecotourism Certification and long-term leadership in sustainable, conservation-focused tourism. 

Fewer than 100 operators nationally have achieved Hall of Fame status, placing APT’s Kimberley Wilderness Adventures among an elite group committed to best practice sustainability standards. The recognition was presented by Ecotourism Australia CEO Elissa Keenan, who cited the business as one of the organisation's legacy operators. 

For Kimberley Wilderness Adventures, the certification reflects how the business has operated since inception, with sustainability embedded into every itinerary, partnership, and on-ground decision across one of Australia's most culturally and environmentally significant regions. At the heart of that experience are expert guides whose deep knowledge of the Kimberley's landscapes, wildlife, and living cultures transforms each journey into something genuinely meaningful for guests.
