Why choose a generalist program?

There are two primary reasons. First it’s a versatile and cross-functional program so you can decide where to go, and second, it allows you to test the waters and see what you enjoy.

Why choose us?

Despite being a global business, we still value every individual, in that we encourage everyone to have their say. For you, it means we’re big enough for you to explore your potential and gets lots of useful experience, but small enough to feel like one of the family, and encouraged to achieve your full potential.

We’re also a company that’s never sat still in its 100 year history, so come and help make us a success for our next century!

Life of a Graduate

Graduate Headshot

Holly Hughes

The ATG Graduate Program has given me opportunities not available in a standard entry level role, including the opportunity to be mentored by a senior manager and an amazing team of people. From the moment I started at ATG the people went above and beyond to make sure I always felt welcome, supported and comfortable to ask any questions.

I love the flexibility of the graduate program, I’m given the opportunity to work in areas of interest but also take on work outside my comfort zone, which I have found to be hugely beneficial. Furthermore, the mentoring is second to none, I’ve had access to key leaders in the business who provide ongoing support and guidance to help me become a future leader.

The Program Structure

Our graduate program starts every February and runs for 18 months. The program is broken down into six-month rotations through different business units. Throughout the program, graduates are encouraged to discuss their preferences with their Graduate Business Partner.
