Our hybrid workplace approach gives you the best of both worlds – you work part of the week in the office, with all the networking opportunities and social interaction that brings, and part of the week from home. A positive work/life balance is important to us.

We offer an extra five days of leave per annum to employees who take their full four-week leave entitlement each year. As well, we offer all team members two days’ volunteer leave every year, with projects associated with our OneTomorrow charitable fund given particular focus. There is also an option for an additional two weeks’ purchased leave per annum.

Our familiarisation trips enable employees to gain knowledge on our products and destinations. All permanent team members will be offered the chance to travel at least once every two years in Australia or overseas. We also offer discounts on our trips, and flights at wholesale rates if you’re travelling overseas.

All employees and their families have access to the Uprise program, which offers a quick wellbeing check, a chance to de-stress through a Stress Management module, and an opportunity for one-on-one consultations with an expert. At all times, team members are encouraged to work with their line managers to ensure their health and wellbeing are being prioritised.

Our charitable fund, OneTomorrow, supports worthy causes in the places our trips visit in Australia and overseas. Employee donations to OneTomorrow are matched dollar-for-dollar by ATG, and team members are encouraged to take their two days of volunteer leave each year to work on OneTomorrow projects. Fundraising events are also held throughout the year.
