APT Wilderness Lodges
It comes as little surprise that they are rated as the top three properties by our guests throughout their journey. Offering a touch of luxury in the Kimberley, our wilderness lodges are an experience in their own right. They are set in prime Kimberley locations, so you can spend less time travelling and more time exploring.
200m off the Gibb River Road, the lodge offers easy access to Bell, Windjana, Galvans and Barnett River Gorges, and Tunnel Creek. It is the perfect base for exploring the western Kimberley.
Convenient access to the stunning beehive domes of the Bungle Bungle Range, and the breathtaking beauty of Piccaninny Creek, Cathedral Gorge, Echidna Chasm and Mini Palms Gorge.
Your Private Tented Cabin
Our secluded lodges allow you all the comforts of home, while still having access to some of the Kimberley’s most impressive highlights right on your doorstep. After each day of exploring, enjoy the amenities of your tented cabin, including a spacious ensuite, hot shower and private deck.
Dedicated Lodge Hosts
APT’s friendly on-site lodge hosts make your stay all the more memorable. From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice their incredible level of personal service and care.
Exceptional Dining in Exceptional Settings
Dining at our lodges is sure to be one of the highlights of your adventure. What our chefs can create in the remotest of settings is nothing short of extraordinary – think fresh Cone Bay barramundi and mouthwatering duck a l’orange. Each night, indulge in a superb three-course dining affair, followed by a freshly cooked breakfast the next day.
Finest Dining in the Wilderness
Dining will become a highlight of your adventure as three-course dinners are served each night. Regional specialties are served with Indigenous herbs, for an authentic flavour. Our lodges are licensed and provide a select range of Matso’s locally brewed beer and Rosabrook Margaret River wines for purchase.
Limiting Our Impact
APT is leading the way in the Kimberley, offering experiences that have minimal impact on the natural environment. Our initiatives include using environmentally friendly cleaning products, returning all recyclable items to Broome for processing, adopting solar/diesel hybrid systems to cut down on fossil fuels, and utilising ABCO systems for recycling water.
